Return shipping & handling costs are non-refundable if item is being returned because of sizing reasons or if it didn't fit (recommendatory character present measurements are always provided), expected different color (due to the quality differentiation between different monitors the picture may not reflect actual color of item), if you not saw detailed defects on description, you think that item is not original (all our item are genuine) or you simply want return it. On returns handling we are not working with shipping label. According to the store rules there are 2 different variants on managing returns issue amounts (shipping label and direct payment), we work with direct payment to buyer for returning postage. These refunds are made in exceptional cases when return costs are covered by us.
